The coal dust removal system consists of two main parts. The top part of the furnace is a dust removal coal loading truck with a smoke and dust collection device, which is composed of a movable smoke hood, smoke guide pipe, smoke control valve, air control valve, valve, expansion connector, etc., to form a smoke and dust suction system. Open the interface flap valve on the dust collection pipe through the expansion connector. The smoke emitted during coal loading is mixed with a certain amount of air, and then sent to the integrated dust removal ground station on the coke side for purification treatment through the dust collection main pipe. The other part is a ground station that combines pushing coke and coal into one for smoke and dust purification. Inside the ground station, there are fans, offline pulse bag dust collectors, smoke exhaust fan units with hydraulic couplings, dust collectors for recovering coke powder and conveying ash, as well as corresponding electrical and instrument equipment, as well as compressed air and cooling water systems.

The ground dust removal system of the coking plant adopts a low-pressure dust removal method, and the filter bag spraying program and control time are controlled by an electrical PLC system. The recovered dust can be sold out or transported to the material yard for processing. The dust removal system is designed to handle an air volume of 60000 m3/h. Under the conditions of dust removal effect and dust removal system operation, the air volume is adjusted and determined based on the resistance of the dust removal system and the operation of the coke oven.

The pulse bag filter at the ground station of the coking plant adopts the domestic coal loading non combustion method, and the collected coal loading smoke and dust enters the coal side dry dust removal ground station for coal loading and dust removal technology. It realizes the capture of coal dust, the transfer of flue gas from the furnace top to the ground station, the regulation and control of flue gas temperature, and the integration of flue gas purification. The ground dust removal system of the coking plant uses the coke powder collected on the surface of the filter bag during the pushing process to prevent the dust from containing tar and water vapor during the coal loading process, and ensures the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Advantages of pulse bag filter at ground station of coking plant:

1. Coal loading and dust removal use a non combustion method to mix a large amount of air, so that the combustible content in the smoke and dust is far below the lower explosive limit, which prevents the smoke and dust from entering the dust removal system;

2. The coke side dust removal system collects dry coke powder and gas energy to absorb the components, tar, and moisture in the coal dust, without considering the insulation, heating, and anti condensation measures of the dust removal equipment;

3. The ground dust removal system of the coking plant adopts a low-pressure pipe spraying pulse dust collector to improve the dust removal ability of the dust collector, prevent dust from sticking to the filter material, and increase system resistance;

4. This system is designed to fully utilize the purification and processing capabilities of the ground dust removal equipment. Through the design and control of the fan and pipeline system, the coal loading dust removal and coke side dust removal are combined into one system, which can save renovation investment.
