Mine dust collector
The mine dust collector is used to deal with the dust emission from processes such as perforation, rock drilling, blasting, transportation, and crushing in open-pit or underground mining, which seriously pollutes the working environment and atmospheric environment. Dry rock drilling operations without dust prevention measures can result in dust concentrations of several hundred or thousands of milligrams per meter. When there are no dust prevention measures in the underground crushing chamber, the dust concentration can reach several thousand milligrams per meter. The mine dust collector should be suitable for the characteristics of the mine, requiring a simple structure, small and compact size, and easy migration,. When comprehensive dust prevention measures cannot meet the requirements in each operation process, personal protection measures need to be taken.
Mine dust collector is a circular shell type dust collector with high air volume, good dust removal effect, convenient dust removal, operation, and maintenance, and a small footprint.
1. The dust collector consists of an upper box body, a middle box body, an ash hopper, a bracket, a filter bag component, a reverse blowing and cleaning mechanism, and an ash discharge valve.
2. Dust collection and filtration system: mainly composed of filter bags, bag cages, flower board components, ash hoppers, and tangential air intake system.
3. Ash cleaning and unloading system: high-pressure fan, rotary blowback pipe, and deceleration motor.
4. Electric control system: Automatic control system.
The mine dust collector adopts a sinking air intake method to avoid secondary dust overflow pollution and adopts the principle of gravity separation to improve filtration efficiency. The cartridge filter material dust collector has a large filtration area and a small air to cloth ratio, saving design space. The dust collector is designed with standardized and modular design. Its equipment is easy to expand and is conducive to on-site installation and configuration of a clip type filter material dust collector. It adopts a high-pressure air pulse reverse washing design, which has good filter material cleaning effect and extends the service life of the filter material. The clip type filter material dust collector has low operating pressure loss resistance and can reduce the power of the exhaust fan. Furthermore, it can reduce operating costs and shorten the replacement time of the cartridge filter material, without the need for any manual tools to match with the format material filter material. It can collect various types of pollution dust with fine particle size, adhesive, fibrous, chemical, electrical, and high temperature properties. The dust collector automatically cleans and discharges dust.
Mine crushing dust prevention: For the dust generated by various crushing equipment during operation, a combination of wet dust prevention and mechanical dust removal measures can be adopted on the basis of equipment sealing. The purification equipment for mechanical dust removal adopts bag type dust collectors or wet type dust collectors. Wet dust collectors should be used for dust removal in underground crushing chambers. When the exhaust of the dust removal system cannot be discharged to the return air tunnel or ground, but can only be discharged on site, the exhaust needs to be treated with filters.
Dust prevention in mine perforation: During the operation of the open-pit mine perforation drilling rig, a large amount of dust is generated. Measures such as wet rock drilling with mixed wind and water inside the borehole, dry dust collection outside the borehole, and wet dust collection can be adopted. Due to the initial dust content, a two-stage purification system consisting of a cyclone dust collector and a bag filter is required for dry dust collection outside the hole.
Mine dust collectors are suitable for various dust gases, with acid and alkali resistance, and use filter materials. Adopting a circular shell and spiral air inlet, it can withstand high pressure. The mine dust collector achieves dust removal, and uses accessories such as electromagnetic valves with a high lifespan of 3 million times, making the self-cleaning and cleaning system more perfect. Usually, it can be used at room temperature below 120 ℃, and high-temperature equipment below 250 ℃ can also be provided. The equipment can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
