The dust collector of Shizi Factory combines the advantages of chamber backflow and pulse jet cleaning, fully overcoming the disadvantages of poor chamber backflow cleaning intensity and simultaneous operation of pulse jet cleaning and filtering, and expanding the application range of bag type dust collectors. Due to the structural characteristics of the dust collector in the stone factory, the dust removal efficiency has been improved, and the service life of its equipment filter bag has been extended. It is a high-performance bag filter. Widely used in building materials, cement, metallurgy, mining plants, and refractory materials industries.

The dust collector of Shizi Factory has the advantages of simple structure, low investment cost, simple operation, and low technical requirements for management and maintenance. The dust collector of Shizi Factory has the characteristics of low resistance, dust removal, large processing air volume, stable performance, small footprint, simple structure, practicality, and low cost. After the dusty gas enters from the upper air inlet of the ash hopper, under the action of the wind deflector, the airflow moves in the opposite direction and the flow rate decreases. Some large particles of dust are separated and fall into the ash hopper due to the inertia force.

Working principle of dust collector in Shizi Factory:

During the process of smoke containing dust entering the middle and lower boxes through the inlet of the dust collector, the dust is adsorbed on the dust removal filter bag, and the gas enters the upper box through the Venturi tube through the filter bag and is discharged from the outlet. As the dust accumulates on the filter bag, the pressure loss of the filter bag gradually increases, and this pressure loss is fed back to the control instrument by the pressure gauge. The controller receives and sends instructions to sequentially trigger each pulse solenoid valve, causing the gas in the air bag to instantaneously spray out from the holes of the blowing pipe and into the corresponding filter bag. The filter bag expands under the reaction of the airflow, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off, and the filter bag is reused.
