Pulse jet bag filter
Pulse jet bag filter is a horizontal bag type dust removal equipment, which is a large dust removal equipment with large processing air volume, good dust removal effect, convenient maintenance, and small footprint.
Structural form of pulse jet bag filter:
1. The pulse jet bag filter is a box structure, mainly composed of eight parts: truss, ash hopper, middle box, upper box, spraying device, ladder and platform, inlet and outlet air duct, and PLC control system.
2. Pulse ash cleaning adopts a PLC control system with a time value. Pressure difference control can also be achieved according to user needs. Controlled by PLC, the electromagnetic pulse valve is used to clean the dust with compressed air. The control method is online control.
The filtering principle of pulse jet bag filter:
Dust containing gas enters through the air inlet and, when passing through the ash hopper, some large particles of dust in the gas are separated by inertial forces and directly fall into the ash hopper. Dust containing gas enters the filter bag filtration area of the box after passing through the ash hopper. The gas passes through the filter bag and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. After purification, the gas enters the upper box through the filter bag opening and is discharged through the air outlet.
The cleaning principle of pulse jet bag filter:
As the filtration time prolongs, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the resistance of the equipment reaches the set value, the dust removal device begins to clean the dust. The electromagnetic pulse valve opens, and compressed air expands in a short time inside the upper box, flowing into the filter bag, causing it to expand and deform, generating vibration. Under the action of reverse airflow erosion, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper. After the ash cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, and the room returns to normal filtering state. The cleaning process is carried out sequentially in each room, with one cleaning cycle from the beginning of cleaning to the next cleaning.
Pulse jet bag filter is a dust containing gas that enters the dust collector through the air inlet. When it touches the inclined plate and baffle in the middle of the air inlet and outlet, the airflow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down, and due to the inertia effect, the coarse dust particles in the gas directly flow into the ash hopper. As a pre dust collector, the airflow entering the ash hopper is then folded upwards and captured on the outer surface of the filter bag through the filter bag with a metal skeleton inside. The purified gas enters the upper cleaning room of the filter bag room and gathers at the air outlet for discharge. During the purification process of the dust containing gas through the filter bag, as time goes on, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag, increasing the resistance of the filter bag and causing the processing air volume to gradually decrease. To ensure normal operation, the resistance should be controlled within the range (140-170 mm water column). The filter bag is cleaned, and the pulse control instrument sequentially triggers each control valve to open the pulse valve. The compressed air in the air bag is blown through the holes of the blowing pipe and passes through the Venturi valve. The tube is sprayed into each corresponding filter bag, causing the filter bag to rapidly expand, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off and filter the bag. Dust is cleared and falls into the ash hopper, which is then discharged from the body through the ash discharge system. As a result, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulse sprayed to clean the dust, allowing the purified gas to pass through normally and the dust removal system to operate.
Characteristics of pulse jet bag filter:
1. By using pulse injection technology, the phenomenon of low intensity of reverse air injection has been solved, which facilitates the operation and cleaning of dust.
2. The air inlet uniform flow pipe and ash hopper guide technology are used to evenly distribute the airflow in the compartments and unload the ash.
3. The large capacity pulse valve and gas storage bag structure meet the different spraying needs of users.
4. The filter bag is suitable for multiple areas and has good sealing, enabling external bag replacement
5. Adopting an automated bag cage production line, it meets the needs of users for various structures (circular, octagonal, etc.) and has a beautiful appearance.
6. Adopting high-performance electromagnetic pulse valves, its vulnerable diaphragm has a lifespan of over 100 × 10 times.
7. The PLC programmable controller is used, and alarm control of temperature, material level and other sensing components can be added according to different user needs.
