The CNMC type countercurrent pulse back blowing bag filter, also known as a filter filter, is a dry dust collector that uses bag filter elements made of fiber woven materials to capture solid particles in dusty gases. The working principle is that dust particles are intercepted by the impact of inertial force on the fibers when passing through the filter cloth fibers. Fine dust particles (with a particle size of 1Lm or smaller) are constantly changing their direction of motion due to the impact of gas molecules (Brownian motion). As the gaps between fibers are smaller than the free path of Brownian motion of gas molecules, the dust particles collide with the fibers and are separated. The working process is related to factors such as the weaving method of the filter material, fiber density, dust diffusion, inertia, obstruction, gravity, and electrostatic effects, as well as the cleaning method. The filter cloth material is the key to the bag filter; A high-performance filter cloth, in addition to specific density and breathability, should also have good properties, heat resistance, and high mechanical strength. Fibers with good heat resistance can currently reach a heat resistance of 250-350 ℃.

The CNMC type countercurrent pulse back blowing bag filter can be divided into five types according to different cleaning methods: vibration type, air ring back blowing type, pulse type, sonic type, and composite type. Among them, pulse backwash type can be divided into two types based on the different backwash air pressure: high-pressure pulse backwash type and low-pressure pulse backwash type. The pulse back blowing bag filter is currently the most widely used dust removal device in the world due to its adjustable pulse spraying intensity and frequency, and good dust removal effect. After the dust containing gas enters the bag filter inlet, it enters each unit room through a guide pipe. Under the action of the guide device, the large particle dust is separated and directly falls into the ash hopper. The remaining dust enters the filtering area of each compartment uniformly with the airflow. The filtered clean gas is discharged through the upper box, lifting valve, and exhaust pipe through the filter bag. As the filtration process progresses, when the dust on the surface of the filter bag reaches its thickness, the dust removal control device (differential pressure or timing, manual control) will close the lifting valve according to the set program, control the current unit to go offline, and open the electromagnetic pulse valve to spray and shake off the dust on the filter bag. The dust that falls into the ash hopper is discharged through the ash discharge valve and sent out through the ash conveying system.

1. The CNMC type countercurrent pulse back blowing bag filter adopts a pulse back blowing cleaning method, which is currently one of the best cleaning methods in China. The upper box of the equipment is divided into eighteen small chambers that are not connected to each other and connected to a long Venturi tube. The cleaning purpose is achieved by using programmable pulses. The structure eliminates the small Venturi tube at the top of the spray pipe and filter bag, and the structure is simple, easy to operate and maintain.

2. Compared with other domestic dust collectors, this equipment has the characteristics of large processing air volume, low system resistance, and a wide range of applications.

3. The edge of the flower board separating the upper and middle boxes is pressed into a conical hole to form a smooth contact with the filter bag, with good sealing and reducing wear between the hole edge and the filter bag.

4. The structure is simple and reasonable, with a small footprint, and can be installed indoors and outdoors. Users can choose their own model or parallel combination based on their production process, processing air volume, and can provide carbon steel or stainless steel dust collectors as needed.
