PPC gas box pulse bag dust collector
The PPC gas box pulse bag dust collector can be widely used in the crushing installation, storage top, mature cooling machine, and grinding system of cement plants.
The PPC gas box pulse bag filter is a new type of unit improved on the basis of the FMQD-III (PPC, PPW) model. In order to further improve the FMQD-III (PPC, PPW) pulse bag filter, the original version has been modified. The modified FMQD-III (PPC, PPW) air box pulse bag filter retains the purification of the FMQD-III (PPC, PPW) type, with the advantages of large processing capacity, stable performance, easy operation, long filter bag life, and small maintenance workload. In addition, the structure and pulse valve have been reformed to solve the problems of outdoor placement and low compressed air pressure. Suitable for mechanical, metallurgical, rubber, flour, chemical, pharmaceutical, carbon, building materials, mining and other units.
The characteristic of PPC gas box pulse bag filter is to use chamber rotation for ash cleaning, which is called offline ash cleaning. When a certain room is undergoing dust cleaning by spraying, the filtered airflow is cut off, avoiding the secondary flying of dust caused by spraying dust. So the gas box pulse bag filter can capture gases with a dust content of up to 1000G/M3 (standard).
Electric control device for cleaning dust in PPC gas box pulse bag filter:
1. Dust cleaning electrical control device
The dust removal control method generally adopts the timed method, and the fixed resistance method can also be used. The so-called fixed resistance method is to control the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter bag. When the differential pressure value of the dust collector reaches the set value (usually 1470Pa). The signal is sent by the differential pressure transmitter, and through the electrical control device, the ash is cleaned room by room according to the established procedure.
2. The functions of electrical control devices
When centralized control is used for multi room dust collectors, a microcontroller is used for centralized control. There are two control methods: automatic and manual. When the microcontroller malfunctions or undergoes maintenance, it can be switched to manual control at any time. For the convenience of debugging and equipment maintenance, side control is set up.
3. The wiring design from the ash cleaning electrical control device to the inlet terminal of the dust collector is the responsibility of the user, and the wiring terminals can be found in the instruction manual of the ash cleaning electrical controller. The wiring from the inlet terminal of the dust collector to each solenoid valve is the responsibility of the manufacturer.
The PPC pulse bag filter has four series and 33 specifications, with a filtration area ranging from 93m2 to 4361m2 and a processing air volume ranging from 69003/h to 31400m3/h. It is widely used in the industries of building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemical and refractory materials; Specially used for the dust collection system (or dust removal system) of crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, warehouse roof, clinker cooling machine, etc. in cement plants; It is also suitable for dust collection in coal mills, but measures need to be added and the structure of the dust collector needs to be changed accordingly. It can also be used for dust collection of gases with extremely high dust concentration, such as coal mill systems with O-Sepa powder selection machines, whose gas dust content reaches 1000g/m3 or above (standard), and it is not necessary to set up a rotary dust collector for pre dust collection. For severe cold areas in northern China, this dust collector can also be applied after adding a thermal insulation device.
