Working principle of smoke welding machine:

Through the gravitational force of the fan, the welding smoke exhaust gas is sucked into the equipment inlet through the universal vacuum hood. A flame arrester is installed at the equipment inlet, and sparks are blocked by the flame arrester. The smoke and dust gas enters the settling chamber. By using gravity, the coarse dust is directly lowered to the ash hopper, and the particulate smoke and dust are captured on the outer surface by the filter element. After the clean gas is filtered and purified by the filter element, it flows into the clean room. The clean air is further purified by the activated carbon filter and discharged after reaching the standard through the outlet.
