PPC pulse dust collector
PPC pulse dust collector is a dust removal equipment that purifies and collects the dust generated during the crushing, screening, and transportation processes of the gravel field. The gravel field dust collector has the advantages of large processing air volume, clean dust, simple and reliable layout, and can replace the cloth bag without stopping the machine. Generally, the cloth bag is replaced every 1-2 years, and the dust removal efficiency can reach 90%. The solubility of dust at the outlet is equal to or less than 30mg/m ³ n.
The structure of PPC pulse dust collector consists of an upper box body, a lower box body, a spraying system, an ash unloading system, a ladder guardrail, etc. The upper box body includes an inspection door, and each room is equipped with a lifting valve to cut off the filtered dust and achieve offline cleaning in separate rooms. The bag room contains a cloth bag and a skeleton. The injection system includes pulse valves, cylinders, air pockets, solenoid valves, etc. The ash discharge system includes ash hoppers, ash discharge valves, etc.
Working principle: Gas containing crushed stone dust enters the dust removal equipment through an inlet. It first passes through the inclined plate and turns to the ash hopper. At this time, the speed of the airflow slows down. Coarse crushed stone dust will fall into the ash hopper due to inertia and natural settling, while finer dust will enter the filter room with the airflow for filtration and purification. The purified gas will be discharged by a fan.
After the dust removal equipment has been working for a while, the dust removal controller will automatically send a dust removal signal. During the dust removal process, the lifting valve of one chamber is closed to cut off the air flow filtered by the air source. Then, the pulse valve of the chamber is opened to spray high-pressure compressed air into the purification room. After the pulse valve is opened for 3-5 seconds, the lifting valve will reopen. At this time, the room enters a normal working state, and the dust removal in this room is completed. After a few seconds, the second chamber began to clean the dust, and the pulse valve resumed the cleaning action of the first chamber. The dust removal work is carried out in the laboratory, and the entire process is controlled by a predetermined program, and the time for dust removal can be adjusted.
