Gas box chamber pulse dust collector
The pulse single machine dust collector adopts the technology of high-pressure (0.5-0.7MPa) high flow pulse valve and bag by bag spraying for cleaning. Compared with other single machines in China, it has the characteristics of high cleaning kinetic energy and cleaning efficiency. Moreover, it has a small volume, light weight, simple and compact structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance (external filter type). It is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal, non-metallic mineral powder processing, etc. for dust gas purification and treatment systems, and is an ideal equipment for environmental dust removal.
Working principle of pulse single machine dust collector:
Dust containing gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet or enters the filter bag room through an open flange. The dust containing gas is filtered through the filter bag into clean gas and enters the clean gas room, which is then discharged by a fan through the clean gas exhaust port. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the filter bag dust collector to continuously increase. In order to ensure that the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200Pa and the dust collector equipment can continue to work, it is necessary to regularly filter the dust on the filter bag. Dust cleaning is achieved by the program controller timing and sequentially activating the arterial flushing valve, which sprays compressed air (0.5-0.7MPa) inside the bag through the injection hole (called primary air) and induces several times the surrounding air (called secondary air) that is several times the flash air through the Venturi tube to enter the filter bag, causing the filter bag to rapidly expand in an instant and shake off dust with the reverse effect of the airflow, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning.
