Horizontal dust humidifier
The horizontal dust humidifier is mainly used for various types of ash storage dry ash to spray water, humidify, mix and transport powder, in order to meet the requirements of environmental protection for external transportation. Widely used in the humidification, mixing, and transportation of solid particle materials such as chemical, mining, power plants, and steel mills.
The horizontal dust humidifier consists of four parts: uniform feeding, blade feeding, mixed impact humidification, vibration system, and is equipped with an electric control and water supply system. The equipment is fixed on the base as a whole, and the cylinder is supported by four sets of elastic elements. Through an excitation device, vibration is applied to the cylinder, causing the entire machine to vibrate at high frequencies during operation. This maintains a gap between the cylinder wall and the mixing shaft, greatly reducing the resistance of the entire machine during operation, avoiding stuffiness and blockage, reducing downtime and cleaning time, and improving work efficiency. The water supply is controlled by a valve group. To stabilize the water supply and clean water quality of this system, filters are installed in the pipeline, and the main control cabinet interlocks and controls each part of the humidifier to achieve the goal of controlling the constant humidity operation of the water supply.
The single axis humidifier has the characteristics of large processing capacity, compact structure, technical stability, and simple maintenance.
A horizontal dust humidifier is a device that sprays and mixes powdered materials. Mainly used as dust collectors in thermal power plants, it can also be used in industries such as chemical, metallurgical, mining, and building materials. By controlling the amount of water added, the appropriate moderate requirements have been achieved.
The dust processed and recovered by the dust collector enters the feeding hopper of the CSZ series humidifier through the discharge and ash discharge valve. The dust is fed into the spiral conveying blade inside the machine by the ash discharge rotating impeller, and then pushed into the humidification main cylinder through the impeller. Under the uniform mixing of the mixer, water is sprayed evenly into the material. Under the action of uniform speed stirring, the dust is humidified. The humidified dust is slowly sent out of the discharge port under the linear thrust of the multi column spiral and discharged into the dust conveying device outside the machine. During the constant speed operation of the spiral impeller body, the amplitude modulation vibration device intermittently works, causing equal amplitude oscillation of the surrounding walls of the mixing drum, separating the humidified viscous dust body from the metal drum wall, and sending it to the discharge port for discharge.
Dust humidifiers are divided into three major series: single axis dust humidifiers, double axis dust humidifiers, and horizontal dust humidifiers. For different materials and working environments, different dust humidifiers can be selected.

Characteristics of horizontal dust humidifier:
1. The shaft seal adopts a combination of multi groove labyrinth and packing for sealing, with light wear on the shaft.
2. High output (capable of stirring and humidifying 200t per hour), evenly humidifying, and working.
3. The atomizing nozzle and water supply system with adjustable water volume can evenly humidify materials.
4. The stirring rod is made of iron-based alloy or composite ceramics, with a long service life.
5. The inner lining of the shell is made of iron-based alloy and used to avoid material flow caused by excessive clearance after wear.
6. The layout of this machine is flexible, with two forms of chain transmission and direct connection, and the transmission mechanism adopts a cycloidal reducer.
7. By adding a vibration system, it overcomes the problem of adhesive dust formation on the cylinder wall, improves the adaptability of humidifiers, and expands the application range of humidifiers. And the shell and base are connected elastically, so that vibration has no impact on the entire machine.
