Electric round mouth plug valve

Electric circular gate valve, also known as electric spiral gate valve, is usually used in conjunction with the unloader. The diameter of the electric spiral gate valve is matched with the feeding port of the unloader, and there are two types: square and circular. The advantage of electric plug-in valve is that the valve body diameter has no grooves, the medium will not be blocked, and it has full diameter flow characteristics, which is suitable for use in pipelines with powder particle media. The sealing structure of the plug-in valve can be divided into soft sealing and hard sealing structures. The electric plug-in valve has the characteristics of good processability and compact structure. The sealing valve seat is designed with a movable structure, which has anti wear and automatic compensation functions, resulting in a long service life. During the process of closing and opening, the valve seat and gate plate of the plug-in valve keep in close contact with each other, ensuring stable opening and closing force of the valve and having characteristics such as cutting off the medium.

An electric circular gate valve is a type of valve where the gate and valve seat are always in close contact and sealed. The opening and closing component of the electric gate valve is the gate, and the direction of the gate's movement is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The electric gate valve can only be fully open and fully closed, and cannot be adjusted or throttled. The gate has two sealing surfaces, and the two sealing surfaces of the commonly used gate valve form a wedge shape, and the wedge angle varies with the valve parameters.

The gate of the electric plug valve has a shearing function, which can scrape off adhesive substances on the sealing surface and automatically remove debris. The stainless steel electric plug valve can prevent sealing leakage caused by corrosion.
