Manual plug-in valve
Manual gate valve, also known as manual knife gate valve, is a type of valve where the gate and valve seat are always in close contact and sealed. It is mainly composed of components such as frame, gate, screw, nut, etc. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, carbon, chemical, and building materials.
The manual plug valve is a type of material that is used in conjunction with the discharge device to determine the flow rate or conveying capacity of powder, crystalline particles, granular materials, and small pieces of materials. The diameter of the manual plug valve is matched with the feeding port of the discharge device, and there are two types: square and circular. Manual plug-in valve has the advantages of simple and compact structure, sealing, lightweight and flexible operation, small volume, smooth channel, low resistance, easy installation and disassembly, etc. It can be installed horizontally or vertically, and has the characteristics of anti wear and automatic compensation function, long service life, etc.
The characteristics of manual plug-in valve:
1. The manual plug-in valve has the characteristics of good sealing and no leakage inside the meter. The easily worn parts are made of material, and the layout of the valve fully considers the characteristics of powder and particle materials.
2. The manual insertion valve is installed on various powder and particle material pipelines under pressure to open and close, and its maximum utilization pressure can reach 1MPa.
3. The manual plug-in valve has a simple layout, flexible operation, light weight, no jamming, and is particularly practical for the transportation and flow regulation of various solid materials, as well as block and ball materials with a diameter of about 50mm. Its placement is not limited by angle, and it is easy to operate and can be adjusted at any time.
The principle of a manual gate valve is that there is a circular opening on the gate with a diameter of. By opening and closing the gate, the circular opening on the gate separates and matches the diameter. Manual gate valves are often used in conjunction with discharge devices or silos. Manual spiral gate valves are easily installed with flange connections, and there are two types of inlet and outlet ports: square and circular. There are dozens of specifications depending on the diameter. During normal use, each transmission part of the manual plug-in valve should be regularly inspected and lubricated for proper maintenance.
Installation instructions for manual plug-in valve:
1. Before installing the plug-in valve, it is necessary to inspect the valve chamber and sealing surface, and no dirt or sand particles are allowed to adhere to them;
2. All connecting bolts should be tightened evenly;
3. Check that the filling parts are tightly pressed, ensuring both the sealing of the filling and the flexibility of the gate opening;
4. Before installing the valve, users should check the valve model, connection size, and pay attention to the flow direction of the medium to ensure consistency with the valve requirements;
5. When installing valves, users should reserve space for valve drive;
6. The wiring of the driving device must be carried out according to the circuit diagram;
7. The plug-in valve should be regularly maintained and should not be collided or squeezed at will to avoid affecting the sealing.
