FU type buried scraper conveyor
The FU type buried scraper conveyor is a new product used for horizontal (or inclined ≤ 15 °) conveying of powdered, granular, and small block materials, which is technically at the domestic level. This product has a novel structure and long service life, making its performance significantly better than screw conveyors, buried scraper conveyors, and other conveying equipment. It is an ideal new type of conveying equipment.
The FU type buried scraper conveyor is mainly composed of a head section, a middle section, an optional section, a tail section and a conveyor chain, inlet and outlet materials, and drive loading. There are two types of drive installation: left and right. The drive installation model is selected according to the conveying volume and length. There are three types of feeding ports: upper feeding port, side feeding port, and side feeding port. The discharge port is the head discharge port, which can also be used for middle bottom discharge and middle side discharge, for users to choose from.
The main characteristics of the FU type buried scraper conveyor are:
1. The conveying capacity is large, and the conveying mechanism allows for the transportation of large amounts of materials in small capacity spaces, with a conveying capacity of 15-600m3/h.
2. Low energy consumption during transportation, utilizing the internal friction force of materials to transform the pushing material into pulling material, resulting in a 40% to 60% energy savings compared to screw conveyors.
3. The sealed and fully sealed casing ensures seamless dust drilling, environmental hygiene, operation, and operation.
4. The conveyor chain has a long service life and is made of alloy materials through heat treatment. Its normal service life is more than 5 years, and the roller life on the chain (depending on different materials) can be used for 1-3 years.
5. The process layout is flexible, and can be arranged on an elevated, ground, or pit. It can be installed horizontally or uphill (no more than 15 degrees), or horizontally and uphill on the same machine. It can also be used for multi-point feeding and discharging.
6. The conveying length is long, and the horizontal conveying distance can reach over 60 meters.
7. Low usage cost, energy-saving, low maintenance rate, reduced consumption, and improved profitability.
