DMC single machine dust collector
The DMC single machine dust collector consists of an ash hopper, an upper box, a middle box, a lower box, and other parts. The upper, middle, and lower boxes are divided into compartments. During work, dusty gases enter the ash hopper through the inlet duct, with coarse dust particles falling directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. Fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes with the airflow turning upwards. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the filtered gas enters the upper box to the net gas collection pipe - exhaust duct, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The dust removal process involves first cutting off the clean air outlet duct of the room, so that the cloth bags in the room are in a state where there is no airflow passing through (the air is cut off for dust removal in each room). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air for pulse spraying to clean the dust. The closing time of the cut-off valve is sufficient to allow the dust peeled off from the filter bag to settle in the ash hopper after spraying, avoiding the phenomenon of dust adhering to the adjacent filter bag surface with the airflow after leaving the filter bag surface. The filter bag is cleaned, and the exhaust valve, pulse valve, and ash discharge valve are fully automatically controlled by a programmable pulse controller.
The characteristics of DMC single machine dust collector:
1. The DMC single machine dust collector adopts the technology of chamber stop pulse jet cleaning, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collectors and chamber backflow dust collectors. It has low dust removal, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, low steel consumption, small footprint, stable operation, and good economic benefits. Suitable for the purification of dusty gases and material recovery in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical engineering, power, and light industry.
2. Due to the use of chamber stop pulse jet cleaning, which can achieve the purpose of cleaning with only one injection, the cleaning cycle is extended, reducing the energy consumption of cleaning and greatly reducing the consumption of compressed air. At the same time, the fatigue level of the filter bag and pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, thereby doubling the service life of the filter bag and valve plate.
3. Maintenance and bag replacement can be carried out in separate rooms without stopping the system fan and under normal operating conditions of the system. The opening of the filter bag adopts an elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, reducing friction between the bag and the keel, extending the life of the bag, and making it easy to unload the bag.
4. Adopting the upper bag extraction method, the framework is removed during bag replacement, and the dirty bag is put into the lower ash hopper of the box, which is taken out from the manhole to meet the operating conditions for bag replacement.
5. The DMC single machine dust collector box adopts an airtight design with good sealing performance. The inspection door is made of excellent sealing materials, and kerosene is used to detect leaks during the production process, resulting in a low air leakage rate.
6. The layout of the inlet and outlet air ducts is compact, with low airflow resistance.
The cleaning control of the DMC single machine dust collector adopts a PLC microcomputer programmable controller, which is divided into three control modes: fixed pressure (automatic), timing (automatic), and manual.
Constant pressure control: Control according to the set pressure difference. If the pressure difference of the dust collector exceeds the set value, each room will automatically clean the dust one by one.
Timed control: According to the set time, clean the dust in each room once every other cleaning cycle.
Manual control: On the on-site operation cabinet, each room can be manually controlled to automatically clean the ash once, or each room can be cleaned separately.
The control method is selected by the user, and if there are no requirements from the user, the supply will be controlled according to the scheduled time.
