Direct electromagnetic pulse valve
Direct electromagnetic valve refers to an electromagnetic pulse valve with a working pressure of 0.2Mpa~0.6Mpa. Electromagnetic pulse valve refers to a diaphragm valve that is controlled by electromagnetic or pneumatic pilot valves and can instantly open and close a high-pressure air source to generate pulses.
The pilot control device of the direct electromagnetic pulse valve adopts a magnetic material with extremely low carbon content, which has undergone vacuum magnetic treatment to eliminate impurities, enhance magnetic induction strength and permeability, and make the magnetic yoke iron move sensitively and reliably.
The throttle hole and unloading hole on the electromagnetic pulse valve are matched with the pulse valve chamber, and the optimal value is obtained through experiments to ensure that the electromagnetic pulse valve has a greater impact force and faster switching performance during spraying, and to maximize the lifting height of the diaphragm, thereby increasing the spraying amount per unit time of the electromagnetic pulse valve.

The coil inside the electromagnetic valve is input with a pulse signal through a wire, and the pulse valve is controlled by the output signal of the pulse spraying control instrument. By relying on the pressure changes of the front and rear air chambers of the valve, the rubber diaphragm is bent and deformed to achieve the opening and closing of the pulse valve. The diameter of the rubber diaphragm determines the stroke size and opening and closing speed of the rubber diaphragm. The larger the diaphragm diameter, the greater the stroke and the better the spraying performance.
By using a wire to input a positive pulse signal into the coil inside the solenoid valve, the working magnetic flux generated by the coil causes the moving core to engage and open the valve. When the forward pulse signal input is stopped, the moving core is released, and it returns to its initial state under the action of spring force. The valve is closed, and there is also a self holding type that can be maintained after stopping the forward pulse input or powering off.
