The GD series tubular electrostatic precipitator was successfully developed by Xi'an Heavy Machinery Institute of the Ministry of Machinery. It adopts a tubular three electric structure and has a wide adaptability to capturing and collecting dust. At the same time, an appropriate pre charge is added at the inlet, which can achieve high dust removal efficiency with a short electric field. The entire electric field is sturdy and the price is low. Easy to install, adjust, and maintain, it is an ideal dust removal equipment for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The scope of use of GD series tubular electrostatic precipitators:

1. Industrial and heating coal-fired boilers, heavy oil boilers.

2. Building materials: dry and wet cement rotary kilns, machine vertical kilns, raw and clinker mills, raw material dryers and cement packaging machines.

3. Nonferrous smelting: sintering of copper, lead, zinc, copper smelting furnaces, electric arc furnaces, reflecting furnaces, etc.

4. Metallurgy: Iron ore sintering machine (head and tail), blast furnace, open hearth furnace, coke oven, converter, electric arc furnace, and refractory material industry.

Selection instructions for GD series tubular electrostatic precipitators:

1. Specific resistance of dust

The specific resistance requirement for dust in the GD series tubular electrostatic precipitator is 104-1012 ohms · cm. This series of electrostatic precipitators can be used for dust within this range. For dust outside this range, electrostatic precipitators are generally not considered. Bag dust collectors or cyclone dust collectors can be used instead. If the user uses an electrostatic precipitator, they can add smoke conditioning equipment before the electrostatic precipitator or contact our company to negotiate and handle it together.

2. Electric field wind speed

The recommended operating conditions for electric field wind speed are 0.5-1.6m/min; If the dust has a higher or lower specific resistance, a lower wind speed should be selected.

The common dust specific resistance can be found in various manuals. However, because the properties of gases are ever-changing. The same dust, under different meteorological conditions, humidity, and temperature, has a significant change in its specific resistance. Therefore, the solution is to conduct actual measurements of the processed dust.

3. Dust concentration at the inlet

The inlet standard for GD series tubular electrostatic precipitators is generally not greater than 35g/m3. When the concentration exceeds 35g/m3, a design solution can be adopted to solve the problem.

4. Processing efficiency

The design efficiency of the GD series tubular electrostatic precipitator is within the range of 95.5%. When determining the treatment efficiency, it is necessary to follow the principle of economic compliance with the prescribed emission standards. Try to use lower efficiency as much as possible while meeting emission standards.
