Woodworking bag dust collector
The woodworking bag filter adopts a dust collection and treatment method, which can purify and collect the dust generated during woodworking machinery operation. It is divided into two types: internal filter and external filter, usually different according to the filtering method. The woodworking bag dust collector equipment has optimized the air intake system to avoid direct impact of dust on the bag. It has added resistance plates, splitter plates, and swirl plates, extending the service life of the bag. It is your choice.
The important components of a woodworking bag dust collector include three devices: a pipeline system, a fan system, and a filtration system. In these three systems, the structure and function of different configurations are different, but the basic principles are the same, just like wearing a mask. The pipeline is connected to the woodworking machinery and filtration system, and the operation of the fan generates negative pressure dust suction in the pipeline. The main aspects are the configuration of the fan and the performance of the filter bag. The configuration of the fan is calculated based on the number of machines arranged in the production workshop, which requires personnel to calculate the configuration to ensure that the air volume of each machine's filtering interface is consistent in order to achieve dust removal. Dust removal filter bags should be selected according to different environments, and the properties of dust generated in different woodworking workshops are different.
The working principle of a woodworking bag filter: The woodworking bag filter mainly consists of an ash hopper, a filter chamber, a clean air chamber, a bracket, a lifting valve, a spray cleaning device, and other parts. During work, dusty gases enter the ash hopper through the air duct. Large particles of dust directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, while smaller particles enter the filter chamber with the airflow turning upwards and are trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. Purified flue gas enters the bag and enters the outlet through the bag mouth and air purification chamber, where it is discharged through the exhaust outlet. As the filtration continues, the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag continues to increase, and the equipment resistance increases accordingly. When the resistance of the equipment rises to a certain value, a cleaning operation should be carried out to remove the accumulated dust on the surface of the filter bag. The woodworking dust collector is composed of three parts: a cyclone cylinder, an ash hopper, and a volute (or wind hood). According to the number of cylinders, there are five combinations: single cylinder, double cylinder, three cylinder, and six cylinder. Each combination has two types of air outlet: Type I horizontal air outlet and Type II (upper air outlet). For Type I double cylinder combinations, there are also two types of combinations: central air inlet and lateral air inlet and outlet. Type I single cylinder and three cylinder only have one type of air outlet when on the side, while four cylinder and six cylinder combinations only have the central air inlet and outlet. For Type II various combinations, any of the above Type I inlet positions can be used. This type of dust removal equipment has the characteristics of low resistance, dust removal, large processing air volume, stable performance, small footprint, simple structure, practicality, and low cost. It is suitable for various mechanical processing, metallurgical building materials, and intermediate dust purification in mining.
Technical characteristics of woodworking bag dust collector:
1. Press down on the intake preset to overcome secondary dust.
2. Dust removal.
3. The filter material has a horizontal insertion structure with a clean surface, and the bag can be changed horizontally to meet the indoor installation requirements of low floors; Compact structure, reducing space by 30% compared to traditional products; Due to the acceptance of pulse spraying for dust cleaning, the filtration speed of the filter material in the same application environment is more than three times higher than that of the reverse blowing dust cleaning method, thereby reducing the filter material area and avoiding the situation of complex equipment and high investment and occupying a large area.
Advantages of Woodworking Bag Dust Collector:
1. Due to the flammable and explosive nature of woodworking dust, our company's woodworking bag dust collector has the necessary equipment, explosion discharge device, strong pulse anti clogging device, and bag dust collector equipment for long-term operation.
2. The dust from wood bran and sawdust is transported using a centralized pneumatic ash conveying mode, with no occurrence of secondary dust flying.
3. The equipment occupies a small area and is arranged beautifully and generously.
4. Energy saving and environmental protection, low power consumption.
