Renovation and maintenance of boiler dust collector

Our company is engaged in the renovation and maintenance of boiler dust collectors, mainly focusing on the renovation of existing electrostatic precipitators in power plants, steel mills, and other industries. Our company's boiler dust collector renovation and maintenance is cost-effective and particularly suitable for boiler flue gas dust removal.

Boiler dust collector renovation and maintenance methods:

Retain the electric field in the existing three electric field dust collector, and transform the space between the last two electric fields into a bag filter to form an electric bag composite dust removal type. This method collects 80% of the dust in the flue gas through electrostatic precipitator, reduces the operating load of the later stage bag filter, improves the service life and performance of the bag, and thus improves the system operation.

Dismantle the part of the original electrostatic precipitator

1. Remove the power supply device of the second and third electric fields of the electrostatic precipitator.

2. Dismantle the housing of the second and third electric fields of the electrostatic precipitator, including the inlet and outlet smoke boxes and the main beam.

3. Dismantle the anode and cathode devices of the second and third electric fields of the electrostatic precipitator.

4. Dismantle the insulator electric heating device and the anode and cathode vibration cleaning device of the second and third electric fields of the electrostatic precipitator.

5. Dismantle and replace all the negative wires, positive plates, negative vibration hammers, positive vibration hammers, current sharing plates, and negative and positive vibration frame end vibration plates of an electric field;

Boiler dust collector renovation and maintenance content:

1. Redesign and manufacture the shell of the dust collector bag area.

2. Retain the shell of the electrostatic precipitator, ash hopper, and the anode and cathode system of the first electric field, remove the top cover of the third electric field, the anode and cathode system, and the outlet horn, and transform the third electric field into a bag filter.

3. Install the inlet and outlet air ducts, upper box body, filter bag cage, ash cleaning system, offline valve and other equipment of the bag filter.

4. Install the bag filter air storage tank and compressed air pipeline system. The compressed air source shall be provided by Party A.

5. Install the electrical control cabinet of the bag filter, and the equipment body is equipped with a terminal cabinet. Dismantle the original electrostatic precipitator and the high and low voltage control cabinet of the three electric fields.

6. Fan renovation: Utilize the original fan foundation, meet the flow rate after renovation, and select the pressure head based on the overall resistance of the system.

7. Dust collector pipeline connection renovation. The renovation plan can make maximum use of the foundation of the original electrostatic precipitator, reduce the renovation cost, and the modified electric bag composite dust collector can meet the normal operation of the boiler.

The renovation plan includes retaining the original electrostatic precipitator, dismantling it, renovating it, and adding a new bag filter:

1. The retained parts of the original electrostatic precipitator include an electric field, a new internal plate, and thorny wires.

2. The dismantling part of the original electrostatic precipitator: the second and third electric fields.

3. Transformation part: Remove the thorns on the second and third electric field boards, strengthen and support the internal structure, and arrange cloth bags inside the box.

4. New section: Add inlet and outlet air ducts, upper box body, offline valve, bypass valve, flower board, replace external surface colored tiles, local insulation cotton, and add some escalator platforms. There is no separate settling chamber, and the electrostatic and bag filter have settling function: PPS fiber filter material, with a bag life of no less than 3 years. Provide technical protection measures for the dust collector: set up a built-in bypass valve.
