P84 high-temperature resistant dust removal cloth bag
P84 dust removal cloth bag is a filtering material that our company uses INSPECFIBERS (polyimide fiber) produced by LENZING company in Austria, and utilizes other non-woven fabric production processes to have high performance. It is currently one of the few manufacturers in China with independent design and production of high-temperature dust removal cloth bags.
P84 dust removal bag filter material has high temperature resistance performance (can be used for a long time below 260 ℃), and good chemical resistance. It has a very significant filtering effect on dust containing gases with attached acid and alkali properties, making it outstanding in the garbage incineration industry with high dust removal efficiency.
The three significant characteristics of P84 dust removal bag:
1. Significant temperature resistance with long-term use at a temperature of 260 ℃, providing ample space to cope with shutdowns and unexpected events.
2. Good chemical resistance has been demonstrated in the past decade of garbage incineration operations, and the filtration value of P84 filter bags for acidic waste gas and alkaline dust has been demonstrated.
3. The P84 characteristic of low reverse washing pressure and high rebound sludge cake removal efficiency is significant due to the fineness of the fibers themselves. The irregular fiber cross-section increases the surface area of the fibers and provides many small pores, making the surface filtration effect better than filtration. Dust only stays on the surface of the needle punched filter felt and cannot penetrate the filter felt. Therefore, the reverse washing pressure is small, and the rebound efficiency of the filter cake is significant. It has the efficiency of collecting fine powder particles and a small operating pressure difference.
