PPS acid and alkali resistant high-temperature dust removal cloth bag
PPS high-temperature dust removal cloth bag is one of the main types of filter materials produced by our company using PPS polyphenylene sulfide fiber produced in Japan and other countries, and following the production process of other filter felt.
PPS high-temperature dust removal bag is a filtering material made of PPS fiber (polyphenylene sulfide) through three-dimensional needle punching, which can be used for a long time at a temperature of around 190 ℃. PPS fiber, also known as polyphenylene sulfide fiber, has good chemical stability and strength retention characteristics due to its molecular structure. Its effect is particularly prominent in high sulfur flue gas environments, and it is suitable for acidic flue gas filtration environments such as coal-fired boilers, power plants, and garbage incineration.
The outstanding advantages of PPS high-temperature dust removal cloth bags made of polyphenylene sulfide fiber needle punched felt are shown in the following aspects:
1. Good temperature resistance with a melting point of 285 ℃, continuous use at a temperature of 190 ℃, and instantaneous use at a temperature of 230 ℃.

Performance of PPS high-temperature dust removal bag:
