YCD-HG Star shaped Discharger
The YCD-HG star shaped discharger is composed of a rotor with several blades rotating inside a cylindrical casing. The material falling from the upper hopper is filled in the space between the blades and discharged as the blades rotate.
The YCD-HG star shaped unloader is suitable for dust and small particle materials, and is widely used in industrial projects such as environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, cement, road construction, and drying equipment.
The YCD-HG star shaped unloader is temperature resistant and can transport materials up to 280 ° C. The bearings at both ends are isolated from the impeller, which can prevent powder from coming into contact with the bearings. The temperature of the material conveyed by the type unloader can reach 500 ° C, and it is connected by a sprocket. There is a certain distance between the reducer and the unloader housing.
