The TXP ceramic cyclone dust collector is a new type of cyclone dust collector designed and developed on the basis of various original cyclone dust collectors, adopting the high optimization coefficient structural form of Steinman. The inner and outer shells and components are built with ceramic cylinder blocks, which improves wear resistance and not only prolongs their service life, but also reduces the amount of steel used, lowering device costs and maintenance and repair costs.

The TXP ceramic cyclone dust collector utilizes the effect of the peak velocity field distribution inside the cyclone on the rise of flue gas, and sets up a rising cylinder, a secondary separation chamber, and an intermediate exhaust pipe. The smoke flows into the cylinder at the design speed through the inlet, and the smoke and dust are separated by centrifugation. The dust separated from top to bottom settles along the cylinder into the ash tank; The smoke rises at a peak speed of swirling flow along the diameter of the cylinder at around 0.6. The part of the smoke with high dust concentration swirls at high speed along the rising cylinder wall into the secondary separation chamber, and then returns to the cone through the bypass air duct. The secondary separated dust falls to the bottom of the cone and converges with the dust from the same separation into the ash tank. The flue gas after secondary separation is discharged from the outlet through the middle exhaust pipe. Due to the much higher rising swirl velocity in the rising cylinder compared to the main cylinder, secondary separation of fine dust can be carried out. Improved overall dust removal efficiency.

Applicable scope and description of TXP ceramic cyclone dust collector:

1. The TXP ceramic cyclone dust collector is suitable for dust removal of various dry dust.

2. Suitable for use under high temperature gas conditions below 400 ℃.

3. It can be used as a production link for various material recycling.

4. Suitable for the pre flue gas purification of 0.5-60t/h layer combustion boilers or as suspended combustion furnaces.

5. For the YDT type, it is composed of multiple pipes arranged in combination. For the TXP type with a large flue gas capacity, multiple units can be used in parallel combination, which can adapt to the irregular site conditions on site. The design layout is suitable for square and circular shapes to adapt to the current situation and save funds. It can also be designed as a brick structure shell as needed to save steel.

Installation and maintenance of TXP ceramic cyclone dust collector:

1. Pay attention to collisions during the installation of the dust collector and handle it gently;

2. When installing a multi tube cyclone dust collector, asbestos rope is used in the middle between the box and the ash hopper flange, as well as the inlet and outlet flanges, and bolts are used to tighten them to prevent air leakage and affect the dust removal effect;

3. After normal operation, it is necessary to discharge the ash on time, generally not exceeding 4 hours per time, to prevent excessive dust collection in the ash hopper;

4. The design and use unit should use a dust collector according to the flue gas flow rate of the boiler, and our unit can also design the layout of the dust collector based on the boiler site.

5. After installation, it should be baked below 120 degrees Celsius for three days (20 tons or less can be installed and used immediately), slowly drain the construction and masonry water inside the dust collector, and then put into normal operation.

6. During the operation of the equipment, a dedicated person should be assigned to manage it and keep good operation records.

7. Management personnel should be familiar with the principle, performance, and usage conditions of dust collectors, and master the methods of adjustment and maintenance.

8. Mechanical moving parts such as reducers and ash conveying devices should be lubricated and replaced according to regulations. Any abnormal phenomena should be promptly eliminated.

9. Regularly measure process parameters such as smoke volume, temperature, concentration, etc. If abnormalities are found, the cause should be identified and promptly addressed.

10. When shutting down, after the process system stops, the dust collector and exhaust fan should continue to work for a period of time to remove moisture and dust from the equipment.
