XD-II multi tube cyclone dust collector
XD-II multi tube cyclone dust collector is a type of dust collector with a dust removal efficiency of over, and the resistance of the dust collector body is less than 900Pa. With the existing boiler induced draft fan, the boiler can operate normally. This dust collector has good load adaptability, and its dust removal efficiency is above 70% of the load.
The working principle of XD-II multi tube cyclone dust collector is:
The dusty airflow enters the cylinder through the flue, which is a circular cylinder. Water enters the main cylinder from the upper water tank of the dust collector, forming a layer of water film flowing from top to bottom on the entire inner wall of the cylinder. The smoke enters tangential from the lower part of the cylinder and rotates and rises inside the cylinder. Under the centrifugal force, the dusty gas always rubs against the water film on the wall of the cylinder. In this way, the dusty gas is wetted by the water film, and the dust particles flow to the bottom of the dust collector and are discharged through the overflow hole. The bottom of the cylinder is sealed and equipped with a water seal groove to prevent smoke from leaking out from the bottom. There are cleaning holes for easy cleaning of the bottom of the cylinder. After dust removal, the wastewater is discharged from the bottom overflow hole into the sedimentation tank, which is then neutralized and recycled.
The XD-II multi tube cyclone dust collector is equipped with a conical reflection screen to prevent the separated dust from being re rolled up by two airflow streams and carried out by the upward airflow, thereby improving the dust removal efficiency.
The cyclone inside the XD-II multi tube cyclone dust collector is made of cast iron or ceramic, with a thickness greater than 6mm, thus having good performance. This dust collector is not only suitable for various boiler smoke and dust control, but also an ideal equipment for dust control in industries such as metallurgy, mining, building materials, and chemical industry.

Compared with water film dust collectors, it does not require circulating water, no secondary head, no wastewater discharge, and does not require additional water treatment equipment.
