Four cylinder cyclone dust collector
The CLT+A type four cylinder cyclone dust collector is suitable for dry non fiber dust with high material density, and is commonly used in industries such as smelting, casting, sandblasting, building materials, and refractory materials. The cylinder and volute of a single cyclone dust collector can be in two forms: right and left rotation.
The CLT+A four cylinder cyclone dust collector is a vertical cyclone centrifugal dust collector. It is composed of intake pipe, cylinder, exhaust pipe, volute (or hood), cone, ash hopper, and other parts. The difference in structure between a general cyclone dust collector and a general cyclone dust collector is that the axis of the intake pipe of the general cyclone dust collector is perpendicular to the axis of the cyclone drum, while the structural feature of the CLT/A cyclone drum is that it has an inclined intake pipe, and the axis of the air pipe is inclined 15 degrees to the horizontal. Due to its inclined air inlet and spiral top cover guide plate, the smoke from a regular cyclone dust collector enters the dust collector. While the smoke rotates downwards, some of it also rotates upwards, forming a vortex airflow. This airflow turns around the inner wall of the outlet pipe (exhaust pipe) and mixes with the purified smoke at the inlet of the exhaust pipe, reducing the dust removal efficiency. Suitable for metal recycling in polishing and grinding, dust treatment in furniture factories, and collection of larger and denser particles.
The CLT+A four cylinder cyclone dust collector is a basic type cyclone dust collector and belongs to the spiral type cyclone dust collector. The top cover plate is made into a spiral tangent shape with a downward tilt of 15O. After the dusty gas enters the dust collector, it flows downward in the direction of the tilted top cover, without forming an upper ash ring. It can introduce small vortex airflow formed by the airflow, reduce kinetic energy consumption, and improve efficiency. This dust collector is suitable for dry, non fiber dust removal with high material density, and is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, casting, sandblasting, building materials, power, and refractory.
The CLT+A type four cylinder cyclone dust collector is composed of three parts: a cyclone cylinder, an ash hopper, and a volute (or wind collecting cap). According to the number of simplified Chinese characters, there are five combinations: single tube, double tube, three tube, four tube, six tube, etc. Each combination has two types of air outlet: Type I horizontal air outlet and Type II upper air outlet. For Type I dual tube combinations, there are two types of combinations: central inlet and outlet air and side inlet and outlet air. Type I single tube and three tube combinations only have one form of side inlet and outlet air, while four tube and six tube combinations only have one form of central inlet and outlet air. For various combinations of Type II, any one of the above Type I inlet air positions can be used. This dust removal equipment has the advantages of low resistance, dust removal, large processing air volume, stable performance, small footprint, simple structure, practicality, and low cost, and is suitable for the purification of dust in various mechanical processing, metallurgical building materials, and mining.
The advantages and characteristics of CLT+A type four tube cyclone dust collector:
1. The CLT+A four cylinder cyclone dust collector has a simple structure, no moving power components on the body, no need for auxiliary equipment, a small footprint, and less investment in manufacturing and installation.
2. Easy to operate and maintain, with moderate pressure loss, minimal power consumption, and low operating and maintenance costs.
3. The operation has high flexibility, stable performance, and is not limited by the concentration and temperature of dusty gases. There are no requirements for the physical properties of dust.
The CLT+A four cylinder cyclone dust collector has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, install, and maintain, and has low equipment investment and operating costs. It has been widely used to separate solid and liquid particles from airflow, or to separate solid particles from industrial weight. Under normal operating conditions, the centrifugal force acting on particles is 5-2500 times that of gravity, so the efficiency of the CLT+A four tube cyclone dust collector is significantly higher than that of the gravity settling chamber. Mostly used for removal. The parallel multi tube cyclone dust collector device has a dust removal efficiency of 80-85% for particles larger than 3 μ m. The CLT/A type cyclone dust collector constructed with special metal or ceramic materials for selection, corrosion, and clothing can operate under conditions of temperature up to 1000 ℃ and pressure up to 500 × 105Pa.
