Ceramic multi tube cyclone dust collector is suitable for capturing dry non fibrous granular dust. The dust concentration of gas has an impact on the efficiency and pressure loss of cyclone dust collectors. The experimental results show that the pressure loss when dealing with dusty gases is smaller than when dealing with clean air, and the pressure loss decreases with the increase of dust load. This is because a large number of dust particles in radial motion drag a large amount of air; When dust moves outward from a faster airflow to a slower airflow, it transfers energy to the outer layer of the rotating airflow, reducing its required pressure and thus reducing pressure loss. The dust removal efficiency of a cyclone dust collector increases with the increase of dust concentration. However, the speed of improving dust removal efficiency is much slower than the speed of increasing dust concentration. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously adjust the gas flow rate and speed according to the dust concentration of the gas, and always maintain a high dust removal rate. When selecting the capacity of dusty gases, in addition to concentration, the adhesion strength of dust should also be considered. When used for the purification of medium viscosity cohesive dust, the capacity of the dusty gas should be 1/4 of the allowable capacity. When used for the purification of high viscosity cohesive dust, the capacity of the dusty gas should be 1/8 of the allowable capacity, depending on the performance of the equipment.
