HMC single machine pulse dust collector
The HMC single machine pulse dust collector is a small bag type dust collector designed by our company after digesting and absorbing similar products and improving them. The dust collector adopts a pulse jet cleaning method. It has the advantages of good ash cleaning effect, purification, large processing air volume, long service life of filter bags, small maintenance workload, and operation. Widely used for dust removal, purification, and material recovery of non fibrous dust and industrial dust in various industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, and mining.
Working principle of HMC single machine pulse dust collector:
The inlet of the HMC pulse single machine dust collector is located on the ash hopper. When the dusty gas enters the ash hopper from the inlet, it first collides with the baffle of the inlet. Due to the inertia effect, the coarse particle dust of the gas directly enters the ash hopper, playing a pre dust collection role. The airflow entering the ash hopper then bends upwards and passes through the filter bag with a metal skeleton inside. The dust is collected on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the cleaning room at the upper part of the filter bag room and gathers in the outlet duct for discharge. The indoor dust collection bags are divided into several rows, and each row of dust collection bags is cleaned according to the given time interval. When the pulse valve is opened, high-pressure air is sprayed into the filter bag to remove dust from the surface of the filter bag. The pulse blowing width and cleaning cycle of each row of filter bags are automatically and continuously controlled by the cleaning program controller.
The HMC single machine pulse dust collector has six specifications, each of which can be divided into two types: standard A-type with ash hopper and open flange (without ash hopper) B-type. Its structure mainly consists of a filter chamber, filter bags, air purification chamber, ash hopper, ash discharge valve, pulse jet cleaning device, and electric control box, all of which are welded structures. The access door is sealed with foam tape, and the dust collector is tight without air leakage.
Structural characteristics of HMC single machine pulse dust collector:
The dust collector body is composed of four parts: shell, filter bag assembly, spray cleaning device, and ash discharge device.
The shell part consists of an upper box body, a middle box body, an ash hopper, and an air inlet and outlet.
The filter bag assembly consists of a filter bag, a filter bag frame, etc.
The spray cleaning device consists of an air bag, a spray pipe, a pulse valve, an electromagnetic control valve, an electric control instrument, etc.
The ash discharge device consists of a motor, a reducer, a screw conveyor, and a star shaped discharge valve.
The Type I pulse valve adopts a right angle pulse valve, while the Type II pulse valve adopts a straight stroke valve, which reduces the resistance of the pulse valve itself and is an ideal pulse blowing method.
