Working principle of JBC single machine bag dust collector:

The JBC single machine bag filter filters dust containing gas from or directly from the lower end of the box into the dust removal filter bag. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the dust removal filter bag, and clean air is discharged from the fan outlet through the dust removal filter bag. After a period of operation of the flat bag single machine dust collector, the dust on the surface of the dust removal filter bag increases, and the resistance increases. When the resistance measured by the pressure gauge is greater than or equal to 0.8Kpa, the dust is cleared to restore low resistance to the dust removal bag. The flat bag single machine dust collector will continue to carry out dust removal work.

The JBC single machine bag type dust collector is divided into Type A and Type B. Type A is equipped with an ash hopper and an ash unloader, while Type B does not have an ash unloader. The ash hopper is both an ash unloader and a vacuum cleaner. A. Type B can be divided into I and II forms according to installation methods. The ash hopper adopts two types of structures: suction type and ash hopper type, which are convenient for dust removal.

This series of units comes in six specifications, including A, B, C, and three types. Type A has an ash hopper, type B has a drawer, and type C does not have an ash hopper or drawer. The lower flange is directly connected to dust removal equipment such as the top of the warehouse, material bin, and belt transportation according to user requirements for on-site dust removal and direct dust recovery.
