Working principle of UF single machine dust collector:

Dust containing gas enters the ash hopper or storage box through the air inlet, and enters the filter bag through three ways: through the flower plate hole or directly through the flower plate hole. Dust containing gas is transformed into clean gas through the filter bag, enters the box, and then passes through the upper exhaust port of the box, and is discharged by the fan. Dust accumulates on the inner surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag filter to continuously increase. When the resistance rises to 1500-2000Pa, in order to continue the operation of the bag filter, it is necessary to regularly filter the dust on the bag. When specifically cleaning the dust, first turn off the top fan, shake the eccentric action on the motor, drive the connecting rod, and make the shaking shaft rotate back and forth, causing the filter bag to be in a ripple state, causing the dust to fall and be discharged.

After the dust removal is completed, stop shaking and restart the fan to restart the dust collector. The above actions are automatically controlled by the control instrument. If a large amount of dust is found to overflow from the exhaust port during operation. There may be a broken bag, so it needs to be replaced. Due to the clean gas passing through the filter bag inside the box, people can open the inspection door and enter the room directly when checking and changing the bag.

Precautions for using UF single bag dust collector:

1. The UF type single machine dust collector is not suitable for humid and corrosive gases, and should not handle waste gas or dust above 120 degrees Celsius for a long time. If high-temperature working conditions need to be handled, high-temperature dust removal bags need to be customized.

2. If there are any abnormal phenomena during the opening, stopping, and operation of the UF single machine dust collector, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and repair.

3. To stop the machine, press the stop button and let the shaking mechanism work for several seconds. Do not cut off the power directly.
