BLS-8L Wet Vertical Kiln Dust Collector
The BLS-8L wet vertical kiln dust collector consists of the main equipment dust removal tower, ash water separator, and auxiliary equipment such as water pump, fan, and electric control operating platform. It is connected through pipelines to form a complete system of continuous dust removal, ash water separation, dust recovery and utilization, and water recycling.
Structure and working principle of the main equipment of BLS-8L wet vertical kiln dust collector:
The dust removal tower consists of an outer tower and an auxiliary tower, both made of stainless steel plates. The outer tower has a diameter of 2.4m and a height of 12.7m. The auxiliary tower has a diameter of 0.5m and is installed in the tower. Eight swirl nozzles are arranged in a circular pattern along the lower part of the outer tower for spray washing. The ash water separator is made of ordinary steel plates, and the inner wall is made of TO resin with a diameter of 2.8m and a full height of 4.3m. It is equipped with a mud collection device that is driven by a reducer. The mud deposited on the plowshare on the mud collection arm is scraped away and discharged. When the mud collection arm stops due to reasons, it can stop running and sound and light alarms. After treatment, it still cannot resume operation, and a cleaning tool is used. The stuck mud collection arm is caused by a power outage or long-term failure to discharge mud. The longer the power outage, the more serious the fault. Therefore, users are required to be equipped with dual power sources.
Operation mechanism of BLS-8L wet vertical kiln dust collector:
The exhaust gases from the two chimneys of the mechanized kiln enter the dust removal tower in a tangential direction under jet induced acceleration, forming a cyclone. Due to the centrifugal force, most of the dust is thrown towards the wall of the device and captured by the inner and outer water films, completing the removal process; As the airflow continues to rotate and rise, it undergoes spray washing to complete the stage dust removal. The mixed material of the removed ash and water flows into the ash and water separator for separation treatment. The concentrated ash and water are discharged from the lower part of the separator to the scraper conveyor, and then sent to the raw material for mixing into balls, achieving recycling and utilization. The clarified water flows out from the upper part of the separator to the middle water tank and then enters the dust removal tower through a water pump. It forms a water film through a circular arrangement of nozzles, achieving water recycling. All equipment is centralized on an electronic control console for operation, and the electronic control system adopts some sound and light alarm devices.
