The SHD type desulfurization wet dust collector is a wet and dry integrated desulfurization and dust removal equipment, which includes the lower low dust collection section, the middle spray cylinder, the conditioning system, the uniform air device, the screen mesh overcurrent, water film dust collection, upper dehydration and other devices. The smoke enters the low-pressure pipe section through the upper part of the middle cylinder, and quickly enters the lower space to relax. The vast majority of coarse dust particles are collected and fall into the ash hopper. Small smoke and dust enter the humidification and conditioning system, screen water film capture, and disperse colored substances and water mist from the smoke. Clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the outlet of the dust collector. The collected smoke and dust are washed down by the liquid water sprayed in at any time and directly recycled.

Maintenance of SHD type desulfurization wet dust collector:

(1) Regularly inspect and clean the water pump to prevent blockage.

(2) The circulating water tank should be cleaned regularly.

(3) The water seal box of the drainage system should be cleaned in a timely manner to prevent dust accumulation.

(4) The condensate seal of the defogger should be regularly unscrewed and inspected for cleaning.

(5) Regular (3-6 months) inspection and cleaning of all inspection doors and drainage outlets should be carried out.
